Hansgrohe Croma Select S Showerhead Review: Modern Spray Versatility

The Hansgrohe Croma Select S is a fixed, 7-inch showerhead designed to provide a customizable bathing experience through two distinct spray modes. Users can switch between a soaking Rain spray and a more invigorating IntenseRain spray to suit their preferences. The unit utilizes silicone nozzles with QuickClean technology, which allows for the easy removal of limescale buildup. With a 26-degree swivel range and a standard 1/2-inch connection, it is engineered for straightforward retrofitting onto existing shower arms.

While the showerhead offers functional versatility, prospective buyers should note that professional installation by a licensed plumber is recommended by the manufacturer. The design prioritizes a modern aesthetic and value, making it a potential option for families seeking an accessible bathroom update. Those with specific water pressure requirements should be aware that the device operates at a maximum flow rate of 2.5 gallons per minute. This model lacks the advanced thermostatic controls or multi-function handheld options found in more premium, higher-end shower systems.
